This page explains how users of the Lissi app (LISSI SpA) can request deletion of their account and associated data.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account in two ways:
a) From the app: go to your Profile and choose "Request account deletion" (you must re-enter your password). The request is logged and can be cancelled before it is processed.
b) By email: write to soporte@lissi.app with the subject "Account deletion request", including your full name and organization so we can verify your identity.
2. What data is deleted
- Deleted: your profile, login credentials, photo, signature, and preferences.
- Also deleted: your conversations with the AI assistant.
3. What data is kept and for how long
Due to legal, accounting, and audit obligations, certain data is kept in anonymized form (not linked to your identity) for the applicable retention periods:
- Work orders and technical documentation.
- Audit logs.
- End-customer signatures associated with the services provided.
These periods are detailed in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
4. Timeframe
We send an acknowledgement within 72 hours and complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days.
