LISSI – HVAC Field Service Management. Version 1.0. Effective date: June 27, 2026.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a contract between LISSI SpA ("LISSI", "we") and the person or entity that contracts or uses the Platform (the "Customer", "you" or "User").
By registering, accessing or using the Platform —whether the mobile app or the web platform— you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform / Service: LISSI's field service management software, including the mobile app, the web platform and associated services.
- Organization: the company or entity that owns a LISSI account.
- Administrator: user with control of the Organization's account.
- User: any person authorized by the Organization to use the Platform (administrators, supervisors, technicians).
- End Customer: the Organization's customers, whose data the Organization manages within the Platform.
- Customer Data: all information uploaded or generated by the Organization and its Users on the Platform (work orders, assets, reports, photos, signatures, End Customer data).
3. Description of the Service
LISSI is a field service management platform for the HVAC-R industry that enables, among other functions: creating and managing work orders, managing equipment/assets, assigning technicians, running forms and templates, capturing photos and signatures, generating PDF reports and managing the Organization's operations.
LISSI may modify, add or discontinue Service features. Material changes are communicated pursuant to Section 18.
4. Registration and Accounts
- To use the Platform you must create an account by providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information (email, name, organization name, country).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
- You must notify LISSI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- The Organization is responsible for its Users' accounts and for the use they make of the Platform.
5. Roles and Users
Access to Customer Data is governed by roles:

| End Customer | Their own information (when enabled by the Organization) |
The Organization is responsible for assigning roles correctly and for revoking access when appropriate.
6. Free Trial Period
LISSI may offer a free trial period of 14 consecutive days from account creation.
- During the trial you have access to the features of the corresponding plan, at no cost.
- At the end of the trial period, access to paid features is blocked until you contract a plan.
- No payment method is required to start the trial, unless otherwise indicated.
- LISSI may modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
7. Plans, Billing and Payments
- The Service is offered under different subscription plans, according to the current price list published at lissi.app or communicated to the Customer.
- Prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) or another currency depending on the plan. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are added as appropriate.
- Billing is recurring (monthly or annual, depending on the plan) and is charged in advance at the start of each period.
- Payments are processed through our payment provider (Rebill). By contracting, you authorize the recurring charge of the chosen plan to the registered payment method.
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid and current payment method.
- In the event of non-payment, LISSI may suspend or restrict access to the Service pursuant to Section 14, after reasonable notice.
8. Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
- Automatic renewal: plans renew automatically at the end of each period for an equivalent period, unless the Customer cancels before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Platform or by contacting soporte@lissi.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; the unused fraction of that period is not refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Acceptable Use
The Customer and its Users undertake not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in breach of applicable law.
- Upload data that they have no right or authorization to process.
- Attempt to access other Organizations' data or breach the isolation between accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service (e.g. attacks, mass scraping, overload).
- Resell, sublicense or assign access to the Service without LISSI's written authorization.
- Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious or unlawful content.
LISSI may investigate and take action (including suspension) in response to use that breaches this Section.
10. Artificial Intelligence Assistant
The Platform may include a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence.
- The assistant processes queries through external language model providers, pursuant to the Privacy Policy.
- The assistant's responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute definitive technical, legal, accounting or professional advice. The Customer is responsible for verifying the information before acting on it.
- The Customer must not enter into the assistant any information that it is not authorized to process.
- LISSI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the assistant's responses.
11. Customer Data and Privacy
- Ownership: the Customer Data is and remains the property of the Organization. LISSI claims no ownership over it.
- License to LISSI: the Organization grants LISSI a limited license to host, process and display the Customer Data for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service, pursuant to the Privacy Policy.
- End Customer data: the Organization is responsible for informing and obtaining the consents of its End Customers. With respect to that data, LISSI acts as a data processor.
- Aggregated data: LISSI may use aggregated and anonymized information —which does not identify individuals or Organizations— for analytics, product improvement and industry studies, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
- The Platform, its software, design, trademarks, logos and content (excluding the Customer Data) are the property of LISSI or its licensors and are protected by law.
- These Terms do not transfer to the Customer any intellectual property rights over the Platform, except the limited and revocable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
- The Customer retains all rights to its Customer Data.
- If the Customer submits suggestions or feedback about the Platform, LISSI may use them freely without any obligation.
13. Service Availability and Support
- LISSI will provide the Service using commercially reasonable efforts to keep it available.
- LISSI does not guarantee a level of availability (SLA) nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, failures, third-party factors (e.g. infrastructure providers) or force majeure.
- Support is provided through soporte@lissi.app, during reasonable hours and in a reasonable manner.
14. Suspension and Termination
- By the Customer: you may terminate your relationship with LISSI by cancelling your subscription (Section 8) and/or requesting the deletion of your account pursuant to the Privacy Policy.
- By LISSI: we may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, in the event of: (a) non-payment; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) use that jeopardizes the security or legality of the Service; or (d) legal requirement. Except in serious or urgent cases, reasonable prior notice will be given.
- Effects of termination: upon termination, the right to use the Service ceases. The Customer may export its Customer Data for a period of 30 days from termination; after that period, LISSI may delete it, except for data that must be retained by legal obligation or in accordance with the retention periods of the Privacy Policy.
15. Warranties and Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including —without limitation— warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
LISSI does not warrant that the Service will meet all of the Customer's requirements or that it will operate without interruptions or errors.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LISSI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, nor for loss of data, revenue or business opportunities.
- LISSI's total and cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer to LISSI in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnification
The Customer shall hold LISSI harmless against third-party claims arising from: (a) the Customer Data or its use of the Platform in breach of these Terms or of the law; or (b) the breach of its obligations toward its End Customers (including the duty to obtain consents).
18. Modifications to the Service and the Terms
- LISSI may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance through the app, email or the website.
- Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect implies their acceptance. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
20. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service.
- Assignment: the Customer may not assign these Terms without LISSI's written consent. LISSI may assign them in the context of a reorganization, merger or sale of assets.
- Severability: if a clause is declared invalid, the remaining ones remain in force.
- No waiver: the failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof.
- Force majeure: neither party shall be liable for breaches caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices: notices to LISSI are sent to soporte@lissi.app; notices to the Customer are sent to the email registered in its account.
