By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the service.

2. Service description

Lissi is a software platform specialized in HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) services that offers:

  • Management tools for HVAC-R technicians and engineers
  • Technical resources and specialized documentation
  • Web platform for industry companies
  • Consulting and technical support services
  • Integration with HVAC-R equipment and systems

3. Permitted use

Permitted uses:

  • Use our services for legitimate commercial purposes in the HVAC-R sector
  • Access technical resources to improve your professional services
  • Share non-confidential information with other platform users
  • Download authorized materials for internal professional use

Prohibited uses:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Perform reverse engineering of our software
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use the platform to compete directly with us

4. User accounts

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual property

All content available on our website and services, including but not limited to:

  • Software, source code, and algorithms
  • Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
  • Technical documentation and manuals
  • Databases and data compilations
  • Trademarks and trade names

Is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Collection and use of geolocation data

When using the Lissi mobile application, we may collect geographic location data from the technician's device at specific moments during work order execution. Collection requires explicit user consent through the operating system's permission dialog and is performed only when the application is in active use (foreground). Location is not collected in the background or when the application is closed.

Data collected:

  • Geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude)
  • GPS signal accuracy (in meters)
  • Device altitude
  • Approximate address (obtained through reverse geocoding)
  • Location provider used (GPS, WiFi, or cellular network)
  • Capture date and time

Capture moments:

Location data is collected only at the following events associated with a work order:

  • Work order start
  • Work order pause
  • Work order resume
  • Completion of a report per asset
  • Complete work order completion

Purpose of use:

  • Verify the technician's presence at the assigned location
  • Generate traceability records of work orders
  • Provide operational visibility to supervisors and administrators
  • Improve resource planning and allocation

Consent and control:

  • The user must grant explicit location permission through the operating system dialog before any data is collected
  • Location collection can be enabled or disabled by the organization or by specific client through platform configuration
  • The technician can revoke location permissions at any time from their mobile device settings
  • If location permissions are denied, the application will continue to function normally; events will be recorded without coordinate data

Storage, security, and retention:

  • Data is stored on secure servers (AWS infrastructure) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Access is restricted through row-level security (RLS) policies, limiting visibility exclusively to authorized users of the same organization
  • Data is not shared with third parties outside the platform
  • Location data will be retained as long as the associated work order remains active in the system. Users or administrators can request deletion by contacting us directly

Important note: Location collection operates exclusively in the mobile application and is not activated in the web version of the platform. For more details on personal data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lissi. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for:

  • The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites
  • The availability or operation of external services
  • Transactions between you and third-party providers

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lissi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Damages for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep our services available 24/7, however, we do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be available uninterrupted
  • Services will be free from errors or defects
  • Defects will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

10. Account Deletion

10.1 Deletion from the Application

You can request the deletion of your account directly from the application:

  1. Open the App and go to Profile
  2. In the "Danger zone" section, tap Delete my account
  3. Review the information about the data that will be deleted and what will be retained
  4. Confirm the request by entering your password
  5. The deletion will be processed within a maximum of 30 days

10.2 Deletion by Email

Alternatively, you can request deletion by sending an email to cesar@lissi.app with the subject "Account deletion request", including your full name and organization. You will receive confirmation within a maximum of 72 hours.

10.3 Data that is Deleted

  • Profile information and access credentials (name, email, phone)
  • Personal profile photo
  • Personal digital signature
  • Individual preferences and settings

10.4 Data that is Retained

Due to legal and contractual obligations, the following will be retained (anonymized where applicable):

  • Work orders and reports where you participated (technician identity is anonymized)
  • Technical reports generated
  • Audit records required by law
  • Technical documentation necessary for service traceability
  • Client signatures (belong to the organization-client relationship)

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination of your access, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Los Ángeles, Región del Biobío, Chile.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days advance notice via email and/or in-app notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
